Trickshot Archery Ltd (company number 12889429) is responsible for personal information you provide when you contact us, enquire about or book an activity, join a membership, or complete our safety waiver. Contact info@trickshotarchery.co.uk. Our registered office is First Floor, Arden House, Talbot Way, Birmingham, B10 0HJ.
What information we use
An enquiry may include your name, contact details, group size, preferred date and venue, event type, organisation, notes and how you heard about us. The website prepares a WhatsApp message for you to send; it does not submit the enquiry itself. You can also email us.
Our safety waiver uses Google Forms. It asks for an email address, name (including a child's name where applicable), session date, and optional emergency mobile number. It asks you to agree to safety statements, including statements about injuries and medical conditions that may affect play. Please contact us directly if you need to discuss a medical condition rather than placing details in a general enquiry.
If you join a membership, the payment link opens Tide's payment page. The Trickshot website does not take card details.
Why we use information
We use your details to answer enquiries, arrange and deliver sessions, deal with payments, manage participation and safety, and keep records where required. For booking enquiries and delivery we rely on taking steps at your request or performing a contract. We rely on our legitimate interest in answering other enquiries and managing safe activities, and on legal obligations for required accounting records. If we need additional health details, we will explain how they will be handled when you contact us.
Reviews and photography
Our website displays selected quotations from public Google reviews. The rating feature is intended to use Google's aggregate rating and review count; it does not need individual review text. The waiver says you can tell your instructor if you do not want event photography used on social media. Tell us before your session if you do not want your image used.
Who handles information
Depending on how you contact or book with us, information may be handled by WhatsApp/Meta, our email service, Google Forms, Tide and our website host, Hostinger. Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Contact us for information about a particular provider or its transfer arrangements.
How long we keep it
We keep information while it is needed to answer your enquiry, deliver the activity, manage safety, deal with any complaint or claim, or meet a legal duty. We review records and remove information that is no longer needed. Financial records may have to be kept for six years from the end of the relevant company financial year, or longer where a legal exception applies. Safety and waiver records may be needed for different periods for adults, children and incidents. Contact us to ask how long we expect to keep a particular record.
Website technology
Our host may process technical information, such as an IP address and browser details, to deliver and protect the site. If we add optional tracking or advertising cookies, we will explain them and ask for consent where required.
Your rights
Email info@trickshotarchery.co.uk to ask for access to, correction or deletion of your information, or to object to or restrict some uses. Other rights may apply depending on the processing. You may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
